Haxby Group is made up of two different legal entities. HBG Ltd (6293176) is a company that carries some of our contracts; it is owned by the Partners of Haxby Group Practice, a GP Partnership. HBG Ltd has only been in existence since 2008, however the Partnership has existed in one form or another since the NHS was founded; more details of its history are shown on the York website.
We are delighted to welcome Dr Sarah Blades as a GP Partner. Sarah, who is also a GP Trainer, will work in both Hull and York.
