Our Haxby Community Hull

Here you will find all the latest information from our Hull Patient Group.  Membership of the Group is available to patients permanently registered at the Practice or their Carers or Representatives.  

The Group aims to promote effective communication between the patients and the Practice in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of services. We meet every 2 months, both in person and online. Our next meeting will be held on 29th July.
